Find out how much your hospital fails to bill
At the largest healthcare trade show in Latin America, Rivio brings an interactive simulation that uses your hospital’s data to show the true impact of denials on your revenue.
Rivio’s booth was designed for those who want to understand the problem and see the solution working. We will give specific presentations, not just conceptual or generic ones.
What you will find at the booth
The booth was designed for those who want to understand the problem and see the solution working, without generic presentations.
-
Kiosk simulation: enter the hospital’s revenue and see the impact of denials in real time.
-
Personalized demo: we will present the platform adapted to the institution’s context (revenue, ERP, health plan mix).
-
Rivio specialists on site: our team will always be ready to answer questions and exchange experiences directly.
At Rivio’s interactive kiosk, the hospital leader enters their institution’s data and receives, within seconds, an estimate of how much it is failing to collect.
As the basis for the simulation, we use the denial rate recorded by the Anahp Observatory 2025 (National Association of Private Hospitals) to calculate, with the hospital’s revenue, the financial impact of denials on revenue (estimated data).
After the simulation, our team shows how Rivio can bring this number down to zero (a commitment set out in the contract).
-
1.96%: accepted denial rate in 2024, up from 0.78% in 2021 (data from the National Association of Private Hospitals — Anahp).
-
R$ 5.8 billion withheld by health plans in 2024, according to Anahp.

Rivio: the AI that takes care of the hospital revenue cycle
Rivio is an artificial intelligence company that supports the revenue cycle and proposes a radical transformation in the management of Brazilian hospitals.
We are the only company that offers a contractual performance guarantee: 100% of care delivered will be paid and denials will be eliminated. If Rivio does not eliminate the denials, the loss is the company’s, no longer the hospital’s.
This model breaks with the most common practice in the industry, in which vendors offer digital audit systems or automated checking tools that only reduce part of the risk, leaving the financial responsibility with the hospitals.
In just a few months of operation, Rivio’s AI has audited more than 1.6 million patient encounters, assessed more than R$ 10 billion in hospital revenue and saved teams 576,000 hours of manual work.
