Silvio Frison

Silvio Frison has spent twenty years building large-scale digital platforms in Brazil. From 2016 to 2023 Silvio was founder and CEO of Serasa Consumidor, a unit created inside the world’s fourth-largest credit bureau and taken from zero to more than 90 million users, more than R$ 2 billion in revenue and a team of 900 people, while also serving as Experian’s vice president of consumer services in Brazil. Before that, Silvio founded and led two classifieds companies, BuscaCarros and PenseImóveis, sold respectively to Santander and CarSales (through WebMotors) and to Grupo Globo (through Zap). Silvio started out in California, at Active Network, and was there for the company’s IPO. A graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Silvio also sits on the board of Mercado Bitcoin.

Ricardo Sales

An engineer trained at ITA, Ricardo Sales spent a decade investing in technology before building it: analyst at Goldman Sachs and vice president at General Atlantic, where Ricardo followed XP and Arco all the way to their Nasdaq IPOs. In 2020 Ricardo left capital markets to co-found isaac, and in 2025 founded Rivio. Ricardo is the founder of Primeira Chance, an organization that helps public school students get into higher education, and a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2026 Ricardo represented Rivio on the panel on the future of AI in healthcare at the Brasil Project, at Harvard.
